make the unsighted seen

I salute the light within your eyes…

While observing all the protests happening worldwide where united masses of people are coming out on the streets to demonstrate against their dysfunctional corrupt governments, it makes me feel extremely warm around my heart. A huge crowd of people that are awakening from the deep sleep, realizing how things are not functioning in the right way, is indicative of the huge movement forward in awareness. It’s an amazing thing to witness how millions of souls all over the world are marching on the main squares of their cities while raising their voices against injustice.
Big times we live in!

But then again, there is this question I’m often asking myself; will these protests have any real impact in the long run? Are things really going to change for the better? For example, look at the situation in Egypt; a year ago there were large demonstrations that resulted with the removal of one regime, but only for another regime to be established in it’s place; and now a year later there is a new protest happening, this time bigger and a more violent one…And so ad infinitum.

There is no doubt that the world we live in is changing. The very word “awakening” is dominating throughout the alternative circles and medias where it’s been widely written about and referred to. But what is awakening? What does it really mean? To get the answer to that question it’s important to look deeply into the structure of society. Who are those who hold the pillars of society? Individuals; and this phenomenon of awakening should be observed on an individual level. It’s a paradox to talk about the awakening of the world if it’s individuals are not awakened.

An individual is not awakened until he/she has embodied the whole experience within themself; until he/she completely faces and moved through the dark side of their subconscious resulting in achieving complete physical and emotional maturity. Until physical and emotional maturity is achieved, we can’t say that an individual is balanced. When an individual is not balanced within themself, the collective group that he’s part of is not balanced neither, period. As in the band of musicians, the band is as only good as it’s weakest player.

An awakened individual is one who completely embodies light within themself; the one who understand how their internal light is significantly required for the interconnected symbiotic physical, emotional and spiritual existence.

As long as our own internal power has been given to the external light and external factors, these external factors will have power over us…and there is no awakening happening. Only an individual that is strong from within is invincible.

A group of well-intentioned individuals can hold an enormous amount of power as a unified collective; but if these individuals are not balanced within themselves, the effective power of the group will often be lacking and unsatisfactory. If we look at the world today, we see how the achievements of revolutions and/or mass protests have only resulted with one “tyranny” being replaced with another one.

If an individual is fragmented within himself, it is easy for any kind of “magic” to be able to work through him. As long as we place our faith, trust and salvation in someone else (weather that be a person and/or externalised cult of personality icon), as long as we allow someone else’s actions and reactions to affect us, it will be impossible to achieve spiritual sovereignty. Spiritual awakening of this civilization can only happen from an individual level first before any realization of spiritual awakening on a collective level can be achieved .

The programmed way in which youth has been educated through schools, religions, etc. is designed to suppress unique individuality instead of nurturing it, where the main focus is teaching youth what to think instead of how to think. Until a majority of individuals on this planet become aware of their own inherent power and enormous potential it will be hard to believe that we as a collective will see any different, let alone to envision a harmonious path that leads to the creation of the better world.

As Ogala Sioux, Chief Crazy Horse said : “I salute the light within your eyes where the whole universe dwells. For when you are at that center within you and I am at that place within me, we shall be one.”
